Hi i have a ground floor one bedroom flat in a very quiet area which is not an estate. it is a two floor building which compromises of 6 flats and there are 3 similar buildings which have a warden onsite if needed. There is an age limit of 45 years and above. the bathroom is adapted and has a walk in shower for anyone who may need these adaptions. Beverley is a nice quaint little town and the locals are very friendly and welcoming. i am looking to move to a 1 bed property in Weymouth but am open to suggestions as long as it is close to amenaties and has good transport links. i have a secured life time tenancy and would be looking for the same. I am in no rush to move just want to be closer to family. i am looking for a ground floor flat or bungalow.
