I live in a Gregory flat opposite woodland ..very near to woodnewton school .Close to shops and bus stop..
I have a large L.shaped sitting room.bathroom 2 good sized double bedrooms and kitchen (which is down for replacement by the council) the kitchen is a good size.
I have a small back garden with gravel which is easy to maintain..Neighbours are all very nice and friendly..There is plenty of space outside for walking a dog if you have one,and the views are very nice.It would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues.
