I have very spacious rooms in my ground floor marionette. There are sole use gardens at the front and rear of the property. The rear garden is very private with high hedges. There is parking at the front of the property and free parking all along my road .THE road and area are very quiet and the neighbours are lovely. I only wish to move as I want to try a different area as I have been in Brent for 37 years. There is an infant/junior school just 5 minutes walk away and a Secondary school just 10 minutes walk. Transport links ie Bakerloo line in Wembley and Piccadilly line in Alperton are just 12minutes walk away.The property has had new windows and doors fitted in 2016. The outside and inside has been newly decorated in 2020. I am looking for council properties with rtb in or out of London. I am open to anywhere and am a serious swappers. I am happy with a bungalow or house etc. It does not allow us to choose more than one option on here unfortunately. I wish you all good luck :-)
