Hi we have a Bungalow type house which has 1 bedroom and own front door the garden is comunial. We got permission from Ochilview housing association to upgrade our bathroom & Kitchen at our own expence.The bathroom is a wet room with shower and the bathroom is fully wet walled.The kitchen has now plenty cubberd space and the gas hob and electric oven stay with the kitchen pictures can be sent to interested partys .My Wife belongs Dundee and we are both retired and would like to move to the Forfar area or if the right house is offerd we may stay in the clackmannanshire area so please get in touch if interested
