I live in a building where there are only 6 flats, my flat is on the ground floor with only one step outside the building front door. On the inside of the building the neighbours are very quiet and respectful, so it is generally a very quiet neighbourhood around the building. The is a playground three minutes away, a post office, small shops, pharmacy, pubs, david lloyds gym. Bus stops usually a 6/7 minute walk. Inside the flat there is a one double room and one single, a very large living room and decent sized kitchen and bathroom. One storage cupboard. Double glazed windows. Cctv outside building. The flat is very warm so the gas bills are quite low, and there are no issues with mould or any pests. The outside and inside of the building is very clean and well looked after.
