Ideally looking for Scarborough areas (scalby,northstead,newby,barrocliff) would also consider seamer and cayton. Currently have a semi-detached 2 bed house on overdale in eastfield. With a big front and back garden, also brand new decking area in the back garden. Both gardens with good fencing. House carpeted throughout other than kitchen and bathroom with wood effect lining flooring and house is decorated, Rooms all a good size. New doors also fitted, including 2 half glazed glass doors. And a rear little back porch room off the kitchen.
