PLEASE READ ALL OF IT. I have had lots of messages from people who live in built up areas. I have lived in this area for 30yrs and now its time to move on. My ideal property would be detached or semi detached. I would consider terraced but only if its a corner property. Would like it to have 3/4 bedrooms. Large lounge, dining room or kitchen to fit table if possible. I also need a downstairs toilet. Parking must be close to property or have driveway. Would like garden large enough to sit out in with room for table and chairs. Shed or outbuilding for storage preferred. NOT OVERLOOKED. I have to put UK as I cannot put just England and South Wales. Specific areas would be South Wales, North Yorkshire, Wiltshire, but any RURAL areas considered. I DON'T want to be near schools or shopping centres. I have no school age children. Small villages would be ideal. Must be on a bus route. House or bungalow.
