I have a three bedroom house which I don't need has my children are grown up with families of their own,I also have a good size garden, kitchen and diner,which can have a large table and six chairs living room is a good size I have a driveway I live very close to Brixton market I live on a drive my neighbors are great I have lived here over 23 yrs am 64 I need a small house with less stairs. All bedrooms are upstairs with bathroom and toilet a single toilet downstairs near garden door please no high rise or small or big estate,has I need a change I believe a family would love this house the reason am asking for the areas crystal palace,Herne hill Dulwich,is to be near my family and grandchildren
