3 bed house, secure tenancy, we have an extra room at the back of the house which used to be a brick shed which has been attached to back of the house, we have insulated it and plastered it and had the floor skimmed . There is a small window at the back of the room that opens and also another large window on the right as you walk in that lets lots of light in and a door leading onto the garden on the left. We have used double and single beds in this room. It is not as warm as the rest of the house in the winter but is easily kept warm with a small cheap heater . I am currently doing work on the house and garden, I have just planted grass seed which will come through in a few weeks. We have a downstairs toilet. There is a small co op a minute walk from here, a park just around the corner with a large field around it ideal for walking dogs or playing . The house is off of the road so it is safe for the kids to play outside.
