I have 2 bedroom house, it has 2 toilets one downstairs and one upstairs. Driveway plus plenty of outside Street parking, large back garden all decked and fenced with privacy. Large living room area, large Kitchen area. 2 large Double Bedrooms and Shower room. 5 minute drive in to City Centre or 15 minute walk. Been here 20 years and never had any bother at all. Very quiet area as I’m at the end of Royston looking on to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.. most neighbours been here for as long if not longer than me and are all over 50 therefore there are no kids and no noise around this area. Reason for swap is iv raised my family and now they’ve flown the nest, iv no reason to be here as they have moved closer to City Centre where I would like to be closer to them now. The house was built for me 20 years ago and I’m the only tenant that’s lived here, I have maintained this house proudly for 20 years as I’m very house proud. I’m looking for equivalent to what I’m leaving.
