I have a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom converted coach house. Downstairs has entrance porch, hallway, WC and open plan lounge and kitchen. Light and airy. Upstairs has 2 good sized double bedrooms, good sized bathroom with toilet, wash basin, mirror with lights, bath and electric shower with glass screen over the bath. The upstairs has many of the original beams still in place, round windows in the bedrooms and skylight windows to both bedrooms and the bathroom. It’s an unusual and beautifully renovated home. There is no garden unfortunately, but it is set in grounds that the renter has use of plus many off-road parking spaces. Easy access to all local motorways and within 30-40 mins drive of Liverpool, Manchester, Chester and more. Pets are allowed. I am looking to move to a 2 bedroomed property in Glastonbury or nearby when my daughter goes to Uni in Sept 2021. However, I will consider any decent offers that are rural and/or coastal.
