I am currently in a lower 4 in block. It has a back and front door with small front garden and large back garden. They have both been kept tidy. I have rencently had new wet wall installed in my bathroom along with a new shower. It has been freshly decorated. I have a good sized kitchen with white cupbords. This house has 3 good sized bedrooms. The neighbours in my block are amazing only reason I am looking to swap is that I need a 4 bedroom house. Will consider all areas as I drive.
