We have a 2 bedroom council house. We have lived here for 25 years, and are only moving to get an extra bedroom. The area we live in is fairly quiet and we are at the end of the road next to the private houses. A lot of the houses on our road are already purchased, and no longer council. We have a big double bedroom, and the second bedroom is single at present but could house a double bed also. The bathroom and kitchen have been redone in the last 8 years, but the doors and windows have been redone in the last 2 years. We have a large back garden and a smaller front garden area which we use to park the car at present. The house has a side entrance to enter, and we have a concrete shed to the rear of the house as well as a metal shed in the back garden. There are plenty of schools within the local area as well as a local shopping precinct.
