We have a 2 bedroom split level flat in a Victorian house conversion. Living room is 20ft sq with high ceilings. Main bedroom is 16ft sq. Not sure of the measurements of our sons bedroom but is quite big. On the low level is the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen was only installed about 6 years ago along with a whole refurb to the flat. Things that were installed were new double glazing, new kitchen, new boiler, new bathroom, central heating. Basically a complete overhaul. Has own private garden which is secluded right next to conservation land. Great neighbours that have been here for quite a few years and couldn't ask for better.
