I have a lovely 1 bed, single storey flat in the north of tonbridge!highly decorated,nice size double bedroom,large storage cupboard and loft! Decent size lounge and recently fitted kitchen with superb views overlooking farm land/fields! Outside there is private parking and communal greens and a private washing line for the flat!Only reason for the swap is I'm elderly and struggling with the staircase! Otherwise I would stay put!
