Hi everyone,This lovey gff have large living room and good size for double bed and the second bedroom is big size with King size bed and big mirror wardrobes you can see on the picture and big and new wet room and good size of kitchen,few storages ,also this home have few good and important points, it is in very good family area in Brighton,very close to bus stop and to all schools,local shops and pharmacy,GPs and Medical centre, Dental surgeries,about one mile to train station and big all super stores and Hala shops,about 1 miles to seafront,and less than 1 miles to Hove central and about 2 miles to Brighton central and Hospital,this is council property which is have life secured agreement, and the rent its for flat but the home is big house and have private front garden which is few months ago already I spend £10000 pounds and changed it to driveway with wall installed and you can park 3-4 cars in there, at the moment I put my caravan in there and also have large rear garden.
