Housing Association Property I have maisonette that is on the 1st floor. Which consists of 1 single room and a double bedroom. Average size bathroom and I would say approx medium size Kitchen. The lounge is say is approx size with large sliding door ( Juliet balcony ) facing the main road. The are shops across the road( Pharmacy, Barbers, Fish and chips shop , 2 local shops) . There is a park approx 20 minutes walk away. There is a bus stop either side of the road and the bus goes straight into birmingham city Centre . There is a communal garden and communal bins with designated place of storage and parking as well .
