I have a 2 bed upper terraced house in the govan area of Glasgow Southside 1 bathroom with shower with disabled ameneties, house was lived in by disabled people prior to myself there is also disability bars at the front door and 2 railings to get upstairs. Has a small balcony area. 3 large storage cupboards. 1 bedroom has built in wardrobe 5 minute walk to Govan cross, 15/20 minute walk to Asda, b&m and Aldi, queen Elizabeth hospital is around 30min walk away, bus stops to get here are situated 2 mins round the corner. Govan health centre is a 5 min walk away this is gp and dental services there are also other local dentists at Govan cross and next to elderpark. Situated right next to elderpark. There are various primary schools within walking distance the closest being st Constantine’s which is a 5 minute walk away, the closest high school is Govan high which I would say is a 15/20minute walk away, buses to this high school and others such as Lourdes in cardonald can be found at Govan cross at the bus station. Paint is the same as when I first moved in, except from one bedroom which was kids room which has been painted. Public transport to get to city centre are located on various areas, there are mcgills buses you can get from 2 minute walk away or you can walk to govan cross to the bus station and subway station. I am looking to swap to a 3 bed or large 2 bed in south Lanarkshire Cambuslang/Fernhill/Cathkin area or very close by, to be close to my kids school. Preferably no flats, but would consider a ground floor if there is access to some shared communal area, back gardens etc for my kids
