hello i have a 1 bed gff, intercom entry, one elderly lady next door lovely, other neighbours are great, local to shops,schools, doctors public transport, all round nice quiet area with little outdoor space, good size lounge with back door leading to small outdoor space also behind me is the golf course, kitchen is good size and bathroom and toilet being in the same room, 1 big bedroom that has ks bed chest of draws all white washed and presentable ready to be made sombody elses home, im currently looking for a 2 bed house or gff maisonette would love to have a small garden for my girls and pup to play would like eastbourne, stone cross, hailsham, diplocks , i can send photos on request i just really want to be closer to my babies. thank you so much for your time!! my rent is £89 pw service charge is around £4 a week
