In a lovely picturesque village not too far from the local town with a variety of amenities close by, to include good primary / secondary schools within the catchment area. The house is a spacious two bed home with a large garden in a quintessential charming characteristic English village. Neutral decor throughout with ample parking for two cars on your own private driveway. Local amenities and schools within walking distance and a wonderful local community. I am open to consideration of all types of properties, ideally Cornwall or Devon location with access to a beach.
