Looking for a mould free, reasonably quiet 2 bed ground floor, property (any) or with a lift in Shawlands, Pollocksheilds or surrounding area. We'd also consider Partick and surrounding area too. We have a south facing, sunny 2 bed, mould free and ground floor property in Cathcart, it's a newish build (2019) with a south facing balcony 6 month old flooring & freshly decorated 6 months ago also. Double & single bedrooms and wet room shower. The grounds of the flat are lovely, it faces onto the river path. There's on street parking & bike locker area. Unfortunately our flat has 5 steps leading to the property and currently is inaccessible.
