Built in 2018, very large, bright as huge windows- has two very large bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen/living area. The first bedroom fits a king-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and more. The second bedroom is even larger and could be split into two rooms. My house has two sets of stairs, and three large storage cupboards. The top floor opens to a big kitchen/living space with French doors leading to a very decent sized decked garden/courtyard—perfect for summer BBQs and relaxing evenings. There’s also a large front garden. I love my home and the huge amount of space we have and I love the area we live in - neighbours are friendly with a corner shop and primary school nearby, but I need to move closer to work. I’ll only swap for the right home. *PLEASE READ:* It’s a maisonette on paper, however, it’s more of an upside down house :-) The 2 big bedrooms and bathroom is on the lower floor and then there is a set of stairs to the kitchen/living room and garden area. Carpet in the living will need to be replaced as I removed a cupboard that was built in and there was no carpet under it nor is there a skirting board in that area - about 80cm? I’m just not very good with DIY! Decking in the garden will need to be jet washed too - but comes out lovely once done.
