I have a 3 bedroom flat with two bathrooms. As you walk in on the left is a spacious kitchen with a window then down the corridor you have a small bathroom with a toilet and sink also a large living room at the back of the house. On the second floor upstairs on the right down the corridor is the master bedroom. Opposite down the corridor is a cupboard and you have a small bedroom that could be use as a office room and another large bedroom with a built in wardrobe.
