I have been here 13 years and we have spent a lot off money on the property . My neighbours are lovely, the close is quiet , not overlooked , lovely village , only 10 mins to Brighton by train or London 45 mins . Due to health and family I need to downsize so I am looking for a 2 bed bungalow or house in Eastbourne with parking and garden in good decor . I have 2 small dogs
