End of terraced bungalow. Roof over private drive, small front garden. Assisted OT rail at front entrance. Note: the entire property is suitable only for manual wheelchairs due to all the door frames' width. Large wet room bathroom, no bathtub; suitable size for wheelchair. Hallway leads to bathroom (front facing), bedroom or onward to the spacious living room. Living room leads to a spacious private back garden or to the kitchen which is front facing. Bedroom fits a king-sized bed, unit for a TV a desk and a wheelchair. Also has a walk in wardrobe/cupboard/storage. You can store a spare wheelchair x2 here fully assembled and still have room. Kitchen has lowered counter tops, was intended for wheelchair users but designed by a life-long able bodied person(s) who probably hasn't witnessed real life disability in action. (Although I'm sure they meant well.) Cupboards under the counter prevent practical wheelchair use. I'd rather be honest about that. Low counters (including kitchen sink) means a dryer/washing machine or similar does not fit underneath. Garden is spacious with a concrete slab patio and lots of grass. This has been suitable for my large service dog and will be for others. The neighbours are all lovely & look out for one another with multiple properties having full security systems and cameras. Some have dogs and some have cats. The cats tend to roam in the garden from time to time as do hedgehogs and kite birds. There are three street lights surrounding the entire property. Local area: 1 minute walk to the community centre & bus stop. 5 minute walk to the first corner shop, post box and fire station. 7 minute walk to local park (only one entrance is wheelchair accessible). 10 minute walk to co-op, pharmacy & charity shop. 20-30minute walk to pub or other way to local vets.
