I have a 3 bedroom house that we have made into 4 bed as using dining room as fourth bedroom. Medium sized back garden gated side entrance and massive driveway could get 3/4 cars on. Upstairs toilet as well as a wet dry toilet in the downstairs bathroom, massive walk I loft. Heating comes in with rent very quiet area.
