We have a lovely 2 bedroom maisonette. No communal entrance we have our own front door with own path and an enclosed private garden. Set in a very quiet location. A lovely couple live above us who are in their fifties very quiet and hardworking. We love it here but sadly with our young family we are starting to out grow the property. It consists of a decent size living room, kitchen, bathroom with in bath shower and toilet, master bedroom and quite small second bedroom, the entrance hallway has plenty of space for storage etc. The garden is small enough to maintain with a lawn area, decking area and a concrete platform big enough for a shed if need be, there is also an outdoor tap and electricity sockets. Doctor, train station, infant, junior, high schools all within 10 minutes walk. Lidl, Aldi, Home Bargains 15 minutes walk as is the High Street. Anstey park 3 minutes walk.
