WEST SUSSEX I just testing the water to see what’s about. I am in no rush to move and would only do so for the right property. I have a 3 bedroom house is sompting, adur council with right to buy. all bedrooms rooms are doubles and two have built in wardrobes. driveway, porch, kitchen/dinner, large garden. Garden has a patio area, real grass and decked area at the end, extended to block paving where the sheds and hot tub sit. Bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and is on the ground floor. Close to the school, shops, bus routes. Immaculatly decorated, you could just literally move In. I am looking for a 3 or 4 bed property in lancing or sompting only. Must be like for like. Ie, garden, drive or allocated parking space, 3 Bedrooms at a minimum. Decoration not an issue. Like I say, I am in no rush to move. I have lived here for over 20 years so will only move for the right house and must be a secure/lifetime tenancy. Pictures on request for anyone whom has a suitable home to swap
