3 bedroom house , 1 large room ( which we separated for our girls in halve ) 1 medium room and one small room but can still fit bunk beds and furniture in there , Large living room and large kitchen Down stairs storage cupboard and also a down stairs toilet House had all need flooring and carpets fitted not even a year ago and most rooms are newly decorated garden at front of the house with a gate and fence and concrete area to side of the house very elderly lady living next door so is quite we are on a main road to the front of the house reason for moving is we need a 4 bedroom as there is 7 of us otherwise would be very happy to stay here We need to stay in clacton and local areas due to work and school commitments
