It is a very nice and quiet area with a green and park directly behind the property that is well kept by Edenbridge Town Council. Good commuting and links by Edenbridge Town railway station. Shared garden around the whole rear of the properties. My flat has had a new Howdens kitchen fitted last year and both the front and back doors have been replaced within the last few months. The back door opens on to the balcony area which is lovely in the summer months. The bedroom has 2 large built in wardrobes with shelving and there is plenty of storage cupboards in the property which are very useful. There is also an outdoor purpose built lockup that is kept locked by gate and key which is very useful. The bedroom and lounge external walls have not long been thermal boarded to ensure warmth throughout. My tenancy is fixed term 5 year. Walking distance in to town with amenities.
