This is a good size one bed flat with a big back garden and small front garden, good size rooms and good considerate family above, 5 steps to front shared door,or no steps if you take side gate option, under 10 mins to train station and bus stops , 5 mins walk down my road is a hale and ride bus takes you to the high road for shopping, or to Balham through Streatham, garden is very peaceful,
