I have a lovely 2/3 bed house. The integral garage was turned into the third bedroom for my son, it is now used as an office with a day bed in. There is a dining room off that and a utility cupboard for washing machine and dryer. I have a large through lounge with patio doors to back garden. Hallway and kitchen. Two bedrooms upstairs and bathroom. A well loved ave cared for home.
