My home comes with gardens (both front and back), alot of greenery, driveway big enough to fit atleast 2 cars on, hallway, large kitchen, 5 storage cupboards, 15 minute walk from home to towncentre. Towncentre has a bus station with easy access to Bolton, Manchester, Wigan, etc. 10 minute walk to Retail Park with many essential shops. Nice area, no trouble. Five minutes walk to Juniors and Infants Primary School, also across the road from a Nursery. Lived here for over 20 years, but now my children are growing up, and im ready for a new fresh start in life..I'm in need of either a 2 or a 3 bed.
