I have a large 2 bed house, with a garden and off road parking. Safe area, close to local shops, schools and a 5 minute walk to the beach. A secure property and friendly neighbours. No gas and electric meters, so bills are paid monthly which means no running out of electricity in the middle of the night. I am willing to move into a flat and all areas will be considered.
