2 bedroom thackley bd10. New build end town house in lovely area with lovely gardens. rural setting on outskirts of this area. 2 minutes from the lovely countryside for walks in woods and to the canal and river. nearest places are rawdon, Calverley,apperley bridge, Saltaire ilkley moor, baildon, shipley glen, yeadon, guisley, Menston, shipley, idle and Esholt. Great schools are a couple of minutes walk away. the house is in immaculate clean condition with an alarm system. lovely private garden with patio, shed and pond at the back and also has patio and lawn at front too. its not on an estate and is in very quiet area with only 4 rental houses in amongst the bought houses in the nicest area of the city. one bus to Leeds centre or train station is 5 minutes away which is under 10 minutes to leeds city train station. all newly decorated throughout in neutral colours in farrow and ball and laura ashley. its spotless inside and out. downstairs was fully laminated in November 23 so immaculate condition. upstairs fully carpeted in cream carpet which is like new also so no flooring will be needed. loft ladder has been fitted with large mostly boarded loft. large front bedroom which easily fits my kindgize bed, large wardrobe, dressing table chest of drawers and side cabinets and big built in cupboard for storage (for bedding and towels etc) and large floor mirror and still has plenty of space. my smaller room has large 3 door wardrobe chest of drawers bedside cabinet and small double so is a good sized room too. downstairs loo is newly decorated. kitchen is plumbed for dishwasher and washer and newly painted (new kitchens and bathroom due next year). it has outside tap and electricity outside the back door and with electricity in shed too. lovely pond at the back of garden. it backs on to greenbelt so nothing can be built behind so is a very private garden. front garden has patio with bushes around for privacy. lovely neighbours with a nice very safe community feel. i need a two bed house or 3 at the most. i would consider more rural properties and dont really want inner city areas and no estates please. no flats please and i must have a garden as I love gardening. also has own drive for car. I love it here but need to move for personal reasons. I am willing to move to any area on the list above plus anywhere nice in yorkshire.
