I have a large 3 bed house (new build) with large back garden that wraps around side of house with 6ft fence, private parking for 2 cars. House has 2 really big bedrooms and the 3rd is a good size for smaller room, large kitchen and liven room with large down stairs wc. Shower over bath up stairs and plenty of storage.
