Hi I have on offer a 3 bed house 2 decent size bedrooms and one smaller one,I have a spacious bathroom upstairs with bath,shower,toilet,sink good decent size room with also a cupboard for storage. I've a large living room area which I've made half the room into my dining area as I need space I have four children,I have a small kitchen area decent size back garden and a smaller front garden. There is parking outside the house also an alley way between mine and next door but it's secure with lock and tbh it's only me that uses the alley for kids bikes. I live in a cul-de-sac in Wrexham LL11 3SL area in a quite village in Coedpoeth friendly neighbours close to everything your going to need theres buses stops,spar,Asda garage,pubs,chemist,doctors,dentist,Chinese,chippy,pizza house,charity shops,hairdressers,mens barbas,community center down the road with cafe,library and other events that happen there,literally all the shops etc are behind the house its all so close.
