I have a one bed gff with disabled adaptations such as a wet room, grab rails etc. I need someone who is in need of the disabled access and adaptations and the person must have a 1 bed gf property too I also have a massive communal front and gated back garden. With own access to and from the back door to the back garden. Fob key entry. New carpet through out. Brand new wetroom. Under Thurrock council. In stifford clays rm162. Not far from orsett. Which is also located at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac with surrounding neighbours in houses also has plenty of parking. Only 8flats total in this block with one above my flat. Neighbours are lovely. 5 mins walk to local shops bus/train routes to grays station and lakeside shopping centre. I am looking for: 1 bed gf property in Eastwood/leigh-on-sea/rayleigh/rochford area.
