I have a new build 2 bedroom ground floor flat 5 minute walk from Sevenoaks station. I am the only one who’s lived here for nearly 10 years. My flat is front facing so always gets a lot of sunlight. Lovely area I live in, brilliant schools, m25 not far from me, Lidl supermarket pretty much next to where I live I also have an allocated parking space. Im looking for a 2 bedroom house with a garden. I will consider most areas really aslong as it’s not to far from Sevenoaks as my daughter goes to school there however I do drive. Im very happy to do a 3 way swap to if anyone would be interested in doing that.My flat is also in a great location for someone who doesn’t have transportation, bus stop 1 minute walk from here and Sevenoaks station a 5 minute walk. Sevenoaks high street, blighs town centre is about 10/15 minutes walk away. The only reason I want to move is because I have a young child and a dog and just really need a bit of garden space now, reluctant to move because I love the area I live in. It’s mainly privately owned flats here so quiet and peaceful. I am walking distance from really good schools to, riverhead infants and Amherst primary.
