One Bedroom flat in Shoreditch area. Very spacious and airy inside. The block has two lifts and is kept clean as is the area which is quiet and peaceful. The block has a lovely well kept garden that facilitates the tenants. It includes a table tennis patch, a barbecue set up and a kitchen garden. The garden is an open space available for all that wishes to use it. There are parking facilities on the street to accommodate those that drive and enough charging points for electric cars too. Also, several bike racks are located on the actual premises, plus basement garages for parking cars or storage facilities are directly available for tenants. A communal boiler system serves the block, lovely central heating and constant hot water, no extra charges to the tenant. Heating is switched off in the summer, so heating bills are reduced significantly. The local amenities serves the building/area well as it is nearby a school and an independent nursery, and is a short distance walk from Shoreditch Park where Britannia Leisure centre is located. Ample transport links are available – tube/rail stations and buses- all of which are close proximity of my flat. Regular bus routes directly takes you to the City such as Old Street, Liverpool Street, Moorgate, London Bridge, Kings Cross and Angel. Nearest tube stations are Old Street and Angel which is about 10 mins walk from the block. This area is also central to neighbouring areas such as Islington, Angel and Camden where there is an abundance of supermarkets and retail shops plus the Chapel Market. There is also an assortment of shops around Old street. These include Aldi, Marks and Spencer’s, The Co-op, sand-which bars, KFC, Sainsbury’s and Tesco. Plenty of gyms/fitness studios are accessible too. Access to the local Post Office and chemist are mins down the road from my flat as well as Hoxton Market, Shoreditch Library and Hackney College. The local bus 394 serves this area very well, enabling all to commute from the high street to the surrounding areas of Shoreditch/Hoxton. An added bonus of this route is that the bus stop sits directly outside of the premises which is highly convenient especially if coming home late from an evening night out.
