A one bedroom flat in within a block of flats (6); with my flat on the 2nd floor (no neighbour) on top. My housing office accepts from 1 to 2 bedroom swap but please ensure your housing office is happy for you to move to a 1 bedroom. The property has high ceilings, a large living room and a bedroom with good storage, central heating, double glazing and parking (need a parking permit). It is close to public transport including Clapham Common and Clapham Junction. I am looking for a 1 or 2-bedroom flat within 10 miles of Teddington, no smoking in the property and no pets due to allergies.
