A council property officially a '3-bedroom house' - realistically it's a 2 bedroom house with a spare/box room with room for a single bed. Garden front and large back garden. Double-glazing, gas central heating, off-street parking, fast internet.Primary school 5 mins walk away, secondary school 10 mins walk away. Recently had all carpets removed (except stairs) from all rooms and replaced with wall-to-wall faux wood vinyl flooring, including kitchen and bathroom. Ground floor - Front; reception, back, lounge, adjoining small kitchen. First floor - 2 large bedrooms, 1 small bedroom/spare/box room, Bathroom/toilet with shower. Please note - family only - single people don't qualify. I prefer a bungalow 1 or 2 bedrooms. N.B. I can't move until end of August as I have family staying for a few weeks. Main things I need - Bungalow, close to bus stops and shops - and mainly - quiet.
