We live in a spacious 2 bed bungalow which is wheelchair adapted with wider doors, also some disability adaptations. We have paid to have a complete brand-new bathroom installed with toilet, wash basin and shower. The kitchen is also quite new. We have had fitted carpets installed in the living room and large bedroom. The rest of the property is laminate flooring. All windows are double glazed. Our property is part of a complex of bungalows with absolute privacy from other neighbours. Neighbours we have met are pleasant and friendly. We have a private garden at the front of the property and a communal garden area at the rear. All amenities are close by: shops, supermarkets, Doctors or Health centres. Public transport is within close walkin distance: NET Trams, East Midland Trains and all local bus services. Our property is all electric and heating system is Heat Pump, we also have solar panels on the roof which makes electric bills cheaper than most properties.
