We have a large 2 bed ‘on paper’ (large bedroom currently split into two with pressure fit, removable floor to ceiling room dividers, kind of like a wall with the pressure bolts to keep them in place the split room was initially 13ft x 16ft so we’ve made it into two rooms both have separate windows so it’s now an unofficial 3 BEDROOMS (TWO DOUBLES AND A SINGLE) but these can be taken down in seconds and the room is huge. We are on the East Devon/West Dorset/Somerset border town of Axminster, a really lovely quiet area on the edge of the town with decent views, we’re very lucky to have this area, it’s extremely quiet We fall under the East Devon district. 10 minutes drive to Lyme Regis & seaton beaches, 20 mins to sidmouth, 30 mins into Exeter. In the Catchment area to Woodroffe & Axe valley secondary schools, along with multiple primary schools. Next door neighbour has an official 3 bed and it is exactly the same size as this except theirs has a wall separating the large bedroom and we have floor to ceiling full size room dividers, our is a better option as you can make each room the size you want, and it’s significantly cheaper rent than the neighbours for exactly the same size house, all bedrooms are currently a decent size, teen on one side with a double bed, wardrobe desk, 6 foot vivarium etc etc and 6 year old on the other with all the stuff they come with as you can imagine! My bedroom has a euro king size (bigger than normal king) triple wardrobe, beside units and three chest of drawers and still plenty room in each room! Downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom/toilet, front and back gardens, great neighbours, nice views opposite of fields, streams, nature areas,very quiet row of 4 houses, house is approx 9 years old, driveway, shed, neutral decor, large kitchen/diner, very economical house, want 2 preferably 3 bed sidmouth or close surrounds house or bungalow
