My flat is on the ground floor. It has door entry system. It has a communal entrance. My neighbours next door are friendly and the others keep themselves to themselves. There is communal parking for residents and visitors only that you have to have a permit for. It has two bedrooms, one double and one single but I can get a double bed in the single room. Big lounge/diner. Reasonable sized kitchen, refitted 2022. Bathroom with wet room shower refitted in 2022. Large storage cupboard. The flat is painted all white as I have alot of pictures on the walls. It has all new vinyl flooring in all the rooms. Here are the measurements;- Living room 4.6m length x 3.6m width Main Bedroom 3.10m width x 2.7m length with an alcove that is 1.10m depth 1.6m wide I have my wardrobe and and chest of draws in the alcove. Second Bedroom 3.10m length x 2.10 width. Bathroom 1.9m length x 2.9m width. Kitchen Length 3.2m length x 1.85m width. Hallway 2.7m length x1m width plus there is an alcove of 1m x1.25m, plus then the hallway has an L shape of 2 m by 1.5 metres and then 3.20 length by 1m width into the living room. There is gas central heating. I have pets, they are allowed, with permission. I have a cat and dog. The reason I would like to move is because I have changed jobs and the company is based in two locations and I need to be near one of them. Although most of the time i am based at home but they are now expecting me to go in for two days a week.
