I live in the heart of Tooting, 2 min walk from the high street, with doctors, dentist, Sainsbury’s, Boots, Nanados, Tescos, Lidl, Aldi and a whole load more stores all next to each other. I live right in the middle of Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec in a 3 bedroom property with RTB (right to buy) I have a lovely family neighbourhood with good schools 5 mins away, I live 10 mins walk from Tooting common, 15 mins from Balham. My house has a spacious loft upstairs above, it has a built in conservatory for extra space and a built in utility room. A lovely home and place for a family of 3. someone looking to downsize this would be ideal or someone looking for a 3 bed it’s good. It has 2 double bedrooms and 2 single. I e lived here for years and the only reason considering move is because I have 3 kids including a baby boy 16 months old and it’s just a little too much here, I need an extra space. That’s the only reason otherwise if I had just my two kids I would hadconsidered to buy.
