Front and back garden (back garden has a high fence and two gates if you wanted to park around the back. Whole house is decorated very modern with white gloss kitchen and white cottage internal doors. Integrated gas cooker. Bathroom is wet walled with built in storage modern bath and separate walk in shower. 3 good size bedrooms one with walk in wardrobe. I’d like a swap to the Hillhead area of Kirkintilloch. I’m in no rush just putting the feelers out as this is a lovely house in a great area I just wanted to be a little bit closer to family If the right swap came up. Thanks
