Lovely 2 bed house own parking spaces at front of house. Modern and spacious and standard size kitchen and garden at back of the house. Close to all amenities in the heart of Pinhoe, in Exeter of only a 4 mile drive away into the city centre. Looking for something different with a flat garden and must have own parking, as will not park on the road. The rent here is more than fair even with inflation. I am entitled to a 3 bedroom But, happy with a swap for a 2 if it’s the right area.
