Has a good position in a quiet, clean area & looks out over common green.We had a new bathroom that we paid for fitted with new sink & unit, WC in fitted unit & a walk in shower, a large raised chrome radiator. & new wall boarding not tiles, nicer & easier to wipe over. We’ve had new internal doors through out, an outside tap fitted, outdoor electrical sockets fitted and full picket fencing around all the garden with flowering shrubs all round the fence line easy maintained garden around three sides, private entrance to rear garden with ornate metalwork fencing to a private ‘sunken’ area where there’s a fire pit, there are also 2 metal sheds set on a concrete base that we will leave. Grab rails at front & back doors with bannister rails at front & rear doors as they have 3/4 steps. Council tax is band A. There is a front hallway, sittingroom, 2 bedrooms, bathroom We’ve had work done internally three smallish rooms were opened up to make a very good sized dining room next to the kitchen
