I have a two bedroom ground floor flat on Chaucer close, next to woodnewton school. 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Large open plan living room and kitchen. One large storage cupboard and one small storage cupboard. Bathroom with shower over bath. Private permit only car park. Close to shops/schools/bus routes. Looking to swap as soon as possible. We have outgrown this property and need somewhere bigger for our family. I am looking for a 3 bedroom house in the NN17 area but I may consider a large two bedroom also
